The holistic approach to massage therapy can touch an individual’s whole being – physical, mental & emotional. It holds the possibility of reintegration, is person centered and is guided by principles of sensitivity, awareness and quality of touch.

The approach is gentle & uses soft strokes & massage techniques to the face, scalp & body woven in with tingling back scratching, hair brushing & soothing touch to calm your nervous system, stimulate hair growth, blood circulation & deep relaxation.
